Is the Detailed Products website secure?

At Detailed Products we use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) 128 bit encryption to protect your information as it travels over the internet. We also hold a secure key, or digital certificate, through Network Solutions. This key ensures that we are who we say we are and that any data exchanged online is protected from theft and tampering. Consumer protection laws protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.

Can you put a company logo on your bags?

Yes, we work with a 3rd party to embroider company logos onto the front middle pocket of our bags. Placement options are limited. There are charges for logo setup and for sewing the logo onto the bags. This is more efficient if you are ordering 10 or more bags.

The Toploader Spinner is 14” wide, 13” deep and 17.5” tall. (19.5” tall including the wheels).

How do I decide which bag is right for me?

It depends on how much you have to carry, if you need to work in tight spaces, and if you have any physical challenges such as back problems.

The DB2 and Toploader Spinner are a little bigger than the Toploader. If you need to carry a lot of samples, one of those may be your best option. The Toploader and Toploader Spinner open from the top, so if you work in tight spaces (like sample closets and hallways), one of these may be best for you. If you are not able to carry much weight, you may prefer the Toploader Spinner because the 4-wheel system takes the weight off of your arm.
